Author's Note: This assignment was to be able to create a conclusion to a remix of "Rapuzel." I beleive this conclusion was good because I felt that it incoperated the main story of "Rapunzel" with a twist, still having a happy ending to this fairytail story. I would like to have feedback on the plot line: Do I have too much information or too less?
Finally the day came for their escape. After the Witch left the tower for her daily trips, Rapunzel let down her hair as she had planned with the prince. She slid down her hair and into the prince’s arms. He then bent on one knee and asked her to marry him, of course she said yes. They rode horse-back to the castle where the Prince had lived his whole life. Rapunzel was welcomed with open arms into the Prince’s family. And they lived happily ever after.
As a conclusion, this has a good amount of information. There is not too much or too little, and it wraps the story up nicely. Consider, however, how your ending might have been "twisted" from the original. How could you make the difference more apparent to your reader?
